After completing the executive secretary/management assistant programme at the ROC Zadkine and studying International Business and Languages at the Hogeschool Rotterdam Business School, Diva came in service at D. Touw Expertise- en Ingenieursbureau BV in Rotterdam in 2007 as a secretary/management assistant. In 2012, she joined Dekra Experts BV, where she mainly carried out office duties for Marinco Survey. After Marinco Survey was acquired by the V+B Group in 2013, Diva joined Verschoor & Bras BV. 

Since 1 March 2017, Diva has been supporting the business operations of the V+B Group’s operating companies as their office manager. Among other things, she manages the various office systems and, together with the management, supervises the office staff. In addition, Diva takes care of the financial accounting.
