Marine surveyor 

Niels van Dijk is employed as surveyor at Verschoor & Bras since 1 May 2021. Niels completed his education as an engineer for all ships at the Shipping & Transport College in Rotterdam. Between 2008 and 2010, he worked as a naval officer at Wagenborg’s merchant ships and later as chief engineer at LPG tankers at Chemgas Shipping. In 2018, he moved to Chemgas’ technical department as superintendent.
With his experience, especially on gas tankers and as superintendent, there is a good addition to our team.

Apart from his position as claims surveyor at Verschoor & Bras, Niels will be trained and deployed as a (certifying) inspector for Marinco Survey.
